Are we in love or are we only in love with the idea of love? UCO Opera tries to answer this question in this comic gem of an opera. Two sisters are unknowingly challenged by their boyfriends in disguise to see if they will remain faithful. Will they stay true? Does it matter if they don’t as long as everyone’s happy at the end? This masterpiece by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart features some of his most beautiful music to prove a point that is as true today as it was 200 years ago. Performed with orchestra. Sung in Italian with projected supertitles.
