UCO Center for Active Living and Learning Open House

The University of Central Oklahoma’s Center for Active Living and Learning (CALL), a facility dedicated to health and fitness for those age 60 and older, will host an open house 1-3 p.m. Sept. 21 at the UCO Wellness Center, Room 134.
The open house will highlight two exercise classes offered by the center. SPRT will focus on improving agility, strength and balance, while LIFT will encourage participants to use free weights to build strength. Guests are asked to bring sneakers and bottled water.
Other classes include Balance, Agility, Loving and Learning (BALL), which stresses balance and stability; Integrated Movement (MOVE), which emphasizes stretching, strengthening and balance; and Stay Active and Independent for Life (SAIL), which helps individuals stay independent and active through comprehensive training.
