UCO - Mitchell Hall Theater

This University of Central Oklahoma performing arts venue opened in 1926. The theater offers a variety of performances including Broadway Tonight and student productions each season. Located a block north of 2nd Street at the northeast corner of University Drive and Main Street, parking is available on adjacent corners.

"Join us for this special collaboration featuring the original score by Scott McAllister performed by the UCO Wind Symphony, Dr. Brian Lamb, director; accompanied by the narrative illustration of Jime A. Wimmer, Adam Coe and Semin Park; story by Sam Ladwig and Amy Johnson.  The performance is preceded by a gallery opening in the Melton Gallery beginning at 5:30pm. This exhibition features the sculpture of Stacey Holloway, created to accompany the performance of Flight of the Elephant. Elephant and conservation-themed work by UCO design students, faculty, and design professionals will be on display and for sale in the Krottinger Family Gallery, adjacent to Mitchell Hall Theatre in the Mitchell Education Center.  This grant funded project, generously supported by the Kirkpatrick Foundation, benefits WildAid.
