Back in November 2015, Eggington's opened and immediately made a splash in the Edmond community as many of you flocked to the restaurant to try specialties like our unique biscuits and gravy, cheesy hash browns, Kathy's Oats, and more. You have supported us unwaveringly over the last 7 years, and we have loved getting to know the community as many of you have become regulars in this special place.

When March 2022 rolled around, Eggington's entered a new era when it came under the ownership of Wayne Sun and Shivam Patel, two Edmond residents who were excited to help the restaurant grow and flourish. As they started working, they immediately fell in love with both the staff and the customers, realizing that this restaurant had so much potential to reach even more in the community with delicious cuisine.

As the months continued, the entire staff was hard at work to launch the next chapter in the story of this special restaurant to bring incredible new menu options while also keeping the most beloved items that our people come back for. After researching and experimenting, it became clear that this new chapter called for a new name: A.M. Republic.

A.M. Republic embodies the best qualities of Eggington's and adds even more into the mix as we bring a new and wider variety of made-from-scratch recipes for our food and drinks. We're honoring our history while ushering A.M. Republic into the future as we meet and serve the people of this incredible city.
