Meeting & Convention Planning Assistance: Plan for success, plan your next meeting in Edmond! Do you need to know where the meeting rooms are for 10 - 600 people? Or maybe it's what hotels to use for a group of 50 - 500, convention decorator or catering references for a formal banquet or a casual bar-b-que...and what is there to do for a fun or entertainment outing to take your event from ordinary to extraordinary and still stay within your budget? For the answers to these and a multitude of other details that you need to know in planning your meeting or convention, call the Edmond Convention & Visitors Bureau. after all. successful meetings are our business.

Visitor Packets: Are you getting ready for a reunion, conference, meeting, or special event? Give the Edmond Convention &Visitors Bureau a call for welcome bags and current information for your attendees. The ECVB will provide you with appropriate quantities of materials on shopping, dining, attractions, and more for your special guests.

For quantities of approximately 100: We ask that you please request this service at least three weeks in advance of the date your event will take place. Allow more time for larger quantities of materials.

Event Promotion: The Edmond Convention & Visitors Bureau wants to help you promote your event by some very special promotion efforts. We'd love to include your event in our Calendar of Events and press release program. You're invited to use our knowledge of the local and statewide media to promote your success.

American Legion Post 111

The Legion Hut is located on the southwest corner of Stephenson Park and was built in 1936 through the help of the WPA at a cost of $7000. The building was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1993.
