ULI Impact Award is Given to the Icehouse Project

The Urban Land Institute (ULI) Oklahoma recognizes a variety of projects that showcase best practices in utilizing the land and creating a sustainable space in the community. This year, the Icehouse Project was awarded the ULI Impact Award for Small Scale Rehabilitation and Restoration. The Icehouse Project is located near west 2nd St and Fretz at the location of the historic Edmond Icehouse. The Icehouse Project rehabilitated this historic attraction maintaining the original stonework and creating a usable space for the community to enjoy.
