Barrel Futurities of America World Championships

Experience the world's largest and most prestigious barrel racing competition at the Lazy E Arena. Competitors from the United States, Canada, Brazil, Italy and more will compete in the Barrel Futurities of America World Championship. 

The Barrel Futurities of America (BFA) was founded in the early 1980's in Grand Prairie, Texas, when a group of barrel horse enthusiasts gathered to discuss one goal - promote the breeding, training and development of premier barrel horses, specifically horses aged 3 to 6. In 1986 the first BFA World Championship was created as a culminating event that would attract large numbers of entries competing for large payouts.
