Just south of Downtown Edmond, this area offers shopping for sports and outdoors apparel and equipment, and home and office needs, with a variety of restaurants nearby for a well-deserved break after perusing the stores. Conveniently located close to the Broadway Extension, the Broadway Suites Hotel, InTown Suites and the Red Carpet Motel are all in the area.
Shoppes on Broadway
In southwest Edmond near the Broadway Extension, this trendy area boasts local boutique shops you won’t want to miss. With a mix of sit-down dining and casual restaurants, this area is the perfect stop if you’re passing through or spending a day. Kickingbird Shopping Center
With a local movie theater, locally owned shops and wonderful restaurants, the Kickingbird Shopping Center is just up the road from the University of Central Oklahoma and the OU Medical Center. With the Kickingbird Golf Club to the southeast, the shopping center is a great place to grab lunch after a round of golf. The Hilton Garden Inn/Edmond Conference Center is just a few miles away from the shopping center.
Edmond’s largest shopping center, Bryant Square underwent a recent renovation bringing several new retailers and restaurants to our city. The variety of restaurants includes Mediterranean, Mexican, family-friendly, casual dining, fast food and more. Specialty, pet, clothing and shoe stores are in the area. Bryant Square is near OU Medical Center, Fink Park, EC Hafer Park and the University of Central Oklahoma. America’s Best Value Inn is in the northwest quadrant of the intersection.
Alta Mesa Plaza
Across the street from Bryant Square in the southwest quadrant of the intersection, Alt Mesa Plaza is home to several restaurants serving Mexican, Mediterranean, sandwiches and ice cream.
Spring Creek Plaza

North Oaks Shopping Center
Packed with restaurants and specialty stores, North Oaks is sure to please. Whether you’re looking for fast food or casual dining, there are plenty of options here. The southwest corner of the intersection is home to the Beef Jerky Emporium, voted best Specialty Gift Store in The Oklahoma’s Readers’ Choice Awards in 2018.
With a Wal-Mart supercenter, this intersection can meet your basic shopping needs or offer a fresh experience. Laden with a variety of restaurants from fast food to casual dining to locally owned, Santa Fe & Danforth is packed with plenty of options. A gym and kickboxing fitness center are also located here. Less than two miles south of Mitch Park, this shopping center is the perfect place to relax after visiting the YMCA or the park’s running trails. The Two Hearts Inn is just a mile south of this shopping center.
Down the road from Mitch Park, this shopping center includes restaurants, an upscale grocery store with food service, smoothie café, ice cream shop, and a pet store and bakery.
Located conveniently next to I-35, this shopping center includes a Walmart Supercenter, fast food and locally owned restaurants. It is the perfect stop for any last-minute travel needs or a quick meal. Edmond hotels, including the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, La Quinta Inn & Suites, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Hampton Inn and Home2 Suites are just over a mile away. The Best Western Inn & Suites is just a few miles away at 2nd & Coltrane. The Integris Health Center of Edmond is located on the other side of I-35.
